  • Deep Tissue/Trigger Point

    Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

  • Gua sha/Iastm (Scraping Technique)

    IASTM & Gha sha both are soft tissue treatments, that utilizes various tools to help better mobilize the soft tissue structures, such as muscles and fascia. IASTM includes a variety of instrument-based treatments. The stainless-steel instruments create friction against the scar tissue. You may experience post-treatment redness as a result of the movement across the scar tissue. This temporary redness is attributed to increased blood flow and tissue warmth to the area, which works to aid in overall healing and mobility.

  • Swedish Massage Technique

    Long gliding strokes patterned release tension from your body targeted for relaxation. This is a great massage to help restore body mind balance. Soothe and restore your nervous system with this traditional soothing massage.

  • Pre/Post Natal

    Prenatal massage is a safe and therapeutic approach to aid relaxation and sooth tension for women in their first, second or third trimester. This gentle, noninvasive style of massage addresses common aches and pains such as low back pain, leg cramps, headaches, swollen feet and foot soreness and sleep.

    *Please note, this session is performed side lying if client is unable to lay face down the table.

  • Sports Massage

    The aim of Sports Massage is to improve the overall performance and well-being of anyone looking to decrease their muscle soreness, reduce recovery time, and increase energy. Identifying and treating the specific problems affecting each client. During your session we may include techniques such as: Active Release Technique, Deep Tissue, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (stretching), Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).

    *For this session it is recommended to wear athletic shorts, a tank top or comfortable clothing.
